• The Prosci ADKAR® Model is one of the two foundational models of the Prosci Methodology, in addition to the PCT Model . The word “ADKAR” is an acronym for the five outcomes an individual needs to achieve for a change to be successful: Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability and Reinforcement.

Description: Training event focused on learning and applying the tools to create process improvement and maintaining a lean enterprise.
What will be learned:
• Participants will learn the benefits of a Kaizen Event that include the following: reduce

value stream mapping

Description: Workshop focused on the powerful value stream mapping tool for eliminating non-value added activities.
What will be learned: Participants will learn to create a current state map and find non-value added and value added activities.
mistake proofing

Description: Workshop that addresses the common practice to keep fixing the same thing over and over. As a result operators become experts at fixing rather than preventing root cause of problems from process variation. This hands-on course provides the background and skills necessary to lead effective root cause analysis.
