In addition to training and coaching, we are a comprehensive organizational development consulting organization. We focus on improving performance and guiding organizations through significant changes that make a real difference. The goal of performance betterment is to enhance the results of an organization by improving both individual and organizational performance. We do this systematically, and our consultants take the following steps:

  • Select Solutions for those root causes

  • Implement these Solutions

  • Evaluate the Results

ASSESSING YOUR
ORGANIZAtion

The options for conducting an actual assessment are virtually endless, but the process demands meticulous use of previously identified tools and a careful analysis of the results. In this stage, a close examination of the organization's history, mission, strategic plans, and other factors is crucial. We generally employ a mix of quantitative (number-based) and qualitative (description-based) research. Selecting the right method and interpreting the results is a skillful blend of art and science. No matter the specific circumstances, pinpointing the exact change that's needed calls for significant expertise from the consultant.

PICKING AND USING
THE RIGHT SOLUTION

The process of analyzing the root cause ensures that we will suggest a solution that targets the true problem. Training is merely one option among many possible interventions. Often, organizations are astonished by the variety and number of available solutions. Our consultant will advise on an intervention even if it's not something we provide ourselves. Our ultimate commitment is to achieve successful results for our clients.

evaluating your
assessment

Evaluating the success of an intervention typically involves both ongoing (formative) and final (summative) assessments. We prioritize creating the evaluation plan early in the consulting process, and then apply the chosen evaluation methods during this phase of the project. At this stage, we share the results with the client, and together we analyze, discuss, and conclude with recommendations for the future.

While we might conclude a specific project, we never end our relationships with our clients. After working with a client and successfully completing a consulting task, we strive to comprehend their future needs and explore ways we can continue to support them in any subsequent change initiatives.
